PROJECT BUDGET & SCOPE OF WORKS

First we determine whether your project vision (scope of works) and budget are aligned. We do this by preparing a Budget Allocation which shows how much of your existing house you can renovate and how many additional square meters you can build.

Stage 2

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & BUDGET CHECK

Together we develop a Project Brief that can be achieved for your budget. Then we engage the building designer most suited to your brief to ensure your concept is both something you like and something you can afford.

Stage 3

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING APPROVAL

We manage the development of your Working Drawings - checking that the way your home is going to be built is within your budget. We then manage - if required - the Town Planning Process and the Building Permit Process.

Stage 4

INTERIOR DESIGN & JOINERY DESIGN

This is the fun stage! It’s all about style, colour palettes, tapware and finishes - all the things that make the project your home. This is also the part of the build that can really determine how close you stay to budget.

Our process brings your interior design desires to life, while sticking to budget. We tell you where to splurge - and when to rein in your aspirations.

Stage 5

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Whether you’ve chosen to become an Owner Builder or have engaged a Registered Builder, we will manage all the contracted consultants and trades - with just one point of contact for you.

From onsite supervision to offsite project management, we ensure everything runs like clockwork until we hand you the keys and pop the champagne!
